Decedent's Estate Inventory Form - JDF 941SC
Within 3 months after appointment, a personal representative must prepare an inventory of property owned by the decedent that is subject to disposition by will or intestate succession.
The inventory must list the property with reasonable detail, indicate the decedent’s interest in the property, and include the fair market value as of the decedent’s date of death.
The type and amount of any liens and encumbrances on the property must also be listed. If additional property is discovered after the initial inventory has been completed, a supplemental inventory listing the newly discovered property must be completed.

We will provide you with a FREE Current Market Analysis property valuation which can be used when completing the required Colorado Form 941 - Schedule 1 - Real Estate section.
Please fill out the form on this page and we will provide a free CMA for each property included in the estate.

*WARNING:
Beware of predatory investors & scam artists that may be attempting to use shady methods to steal equity from properties in the estate. If approached by an all cash investor, or some other type of buyer proposing a lease option, or owner carryback offer, etc. please call Jim Foster first, before signing any documents and get his professional opinion as to whether or not it is a legitimate & ethical offer. It is always advised to consult tax & legal counsel before signing any real estate documents.
